Enchanted by the iridescence of assemblage of layers of skateboard together, we were inspired to craft our own wood materiel out and unveiling its vibrant colors. We were quite fascinated by the plasticity and to obtain lively result. To enhance this effect We chose to combine with a more neutral laminate to allows the colourful hue to reflect and play with the surface. 

As a side note, MVL Woodworks is very interested into the potential of skate as a ressources to reclycle, we are making this research as a part of our main interest, but not only and are curious to expand our research to other materials.
